WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We work diligently to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Due to the custom nature of each order, please allow a turnaround time of  7-14 business days.  See our order process steps and shipping information below.

ORDER PROCESS STEPS

Step 1.

We will review your order and uploaded logo files. If we encounter any issues, we will reach out by next business day to resolve the issues.

Step 2.

Once the order (items & logo) review process is complete, you’ll receive an email with a production mock-up within 2-3 business days.

Step 3.

After mock up approval, we will ship your order and provide tracking details. The shipping timeframe is typically 7-12 business days.

Free Shipping on Orders over $100

Shipping within Canada typically takes 5-7 business days.

Please note: For timely delivery, please provide a street address instead of a P.O. box.

Which shipping carriers do we use?

We use a variety of shipping carriers, including Canada Post, UPS and FedEx. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.
